The Texas All-Lines Adjuster Prelicensing Certification Course is a 40-hour classroom-equivalent course designed for individuals seeking a Texas All-Lines Adjuster license.

This course provides structured prelicensing instruction in insurance fundamentals, policy interpretation, claims handling, documentation, valuation, settlement practices, workers’ compensation, ethics, and Texas insurance regulations. The course is designed to prepare students for the required final examination and for entry-level professional adjusting responsibilities.

Students will learn how adjusters evaluate coverage, investigate losses, document claim activity, communicate with insureds and claim participants, review damages, and apply settlement reasoning within the scope of adjuster authority. Instruction emphasizes practical claim workflows, real-world adjusting scenarios, and the core insurance concepts needed to begin working in property, casualty, auto, liability, commercial, inland marine, farm and ranch, and workers’ compensation claims.

Upon successful completion of this TDI-approved course and required final examination, eligible students may proceed with the Texas adjuster license application process through the Texas Department of Insurance.
