We aim to process and ship your package within 7 days, although this may vary depending on our current workload. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed as soon as possible.

For Shipments Containing Pre-mixed Pens

To maintain optimal conditions, we ship COLD SHIPPING packages only on Mondays – Thursdays. This scheduling ensures packages are in transit and delivered before weekends where temperature control may be interrupted.

Cold Shipping availability: We only ship via Cold Shipping to SPAIN, PORTUGAL, AND FRANCE (2–3 days) at €49.99.

For normal vials and nasal sprays, you may choose either normal or express shipping. These products are not pre-mixed and are not shipped in thermal containers.

Documentation Of Your Shipment

To maintain transparency and protect against fraudulent claims, we carefully document, weigh, and photograph all orders prior to shipping.
