Legal, Research Use & Compliance Policy

This policy explains how products sold by Raziskovalni peptidi Evropa may be purchased and used, and how we handle compliance and takedown notices.

Research Use Only

European Union notice

Products sold on this website are not marketed as medicinal products, medical devices, foods, food ingredients, or cosmetics. They are supplied as research chemicals only.

The buyer must ensure compliance with all applicable EU and Member State laws, including (where relevant):

  • Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (Medical Devices Regulation)
  • Directive 2001/83/EC (Community code relating to medicinal products for human use)
  • Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 (General Food Law)

United States notice

Products are not offered as drugs, devices, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics within the meaning of the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).

Research Peptides Europe is not:

  • A pharmacy or compounding pharmacy as defined under FD&C Act Section 503A
  • An outsourcing facility under FD&C Act Section 503B
  • A chemical compounding facility for clinical or therapeutic use

Customer warranties

By placing an order, the customer represents and warrants that:

  • The purchase is made by, or on behalf of, a legitimate laboratory, research institution, or qualified professional entity
  • Products will be used exclusively for lawful research purposes
  • The customer has the technical competence and appropriate authorizations to handle and store research chemicals safely
  • The customer will not repackage, relabel, resell, or distribute products for prohibited uses

LegitScript, ICANN & abuse reports

We respond to legitimate compliance inquiries and abuse notices, including those relating to LegitScript and ICANN processes. Reports must include clear identification of the alleged issue and verifiable evidence.

We aim to respond within 48 hours to valid notices, including by providing relevant documentation, licenses (where applicable), and product-use disclaimers.

We request that parties contact us before escalation. Unauthorised unilateral takedowns without reasonable investigation and an opportunity to respond may be inconsistent with ICANN RAA §3.18.1 (reasonable steps to investigate and respond).

DMCA / intellectual property notices

We respect intellectual property rights. DMCA notices should be submitted in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(c) and must include all required statutory elements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Research Peptides Europe is not liable for misuse, misapplication, or unlawful handling of products after sale. The buyer assumes full responsibility for regulatory compliance, safe handling, storage, use, and disposal.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant product.
